We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: A fee of 50% of the booked service total will be charged.
No-Call/No-Show Appointments: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booked service total.
Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.
All DiamondStylezz policies apply to every appointment without exception, including but not limited to:
Special offers and promotional services
Discounted services and package deals
Gift certificate appointments
Booking a discounted, promotional, or gift certificate service does not exempt clients from our cancellation or no-show policies.
We understand that life happens, and schedules sometimes change. We simply ask that you extend the same courtesy to us that we extend to you by providing advance notice whenever possible.
